District Celebrates Staff and Faculty, honors service of those retiring

On May 11, Gavilan College celebrated the service of staff and faculty at an annual event recognizing years of service and the careers of those retiring at the end of the semester. The event, at the Gilroy Elks Lodge, was sponsored by the California State Employees Association, Gavilan College Chapter 270, Recology South Valley, Gilbane, Visions Management, Pacific Dining, Alfa Tech, the Gavilan College Faculty Association, and the Associated Students of Gavilan College.
